An in-house creative research project, this 3D film centered on CHANEL’s iconic J12 watch was conceived as an exercise in artistic craftsmanship, where sound dictates the rhythm of the image.
The journey begins with sound. A magical, classical piano melody sets a soft, refined, and luxurious atmosphere. The mechanical sounds of watchmaking blend with the gentle songs of birds, transforming the discovery of the object into a suspended, wondrous moment.
In perfect harmony with this music, the 3D animation reveals the watch through a choreography of circular geometries. The textures, the depth of the ceramic, and the sparkle of the diamonds are sculpted by precise lighting that accompanies the natural cycle of time.
